How it Works
Step 1: Book your consultation appointment
Whether you are a new patient to our practice just beginning weight loss injections, OR, you are a new patient to our practice who has already been using weight loss injections for some time, a consultation with our provider is required. Simply book your consultation online using our easy scheduling system.
STEP 2: Lab work
As part of a comprehensive consultation, it is essential to include lab work. This helps in assessing overall health, identifying any underlying conditions that might affect weight loss, and monitoring for potential side effects of complications.
Option 1:
"I am providing lab results I recently had done!"
We will gladly accept recent lab results completed within the last ~6 months for your assessment and consultation. Upload a copy of your lab results to your patient portal 24 hrs prior to your appointment.
Option 2:
Don't have recent lab work? No problem.

$250 Comprehensive Weight Loss Lab Analysis

- This is a more detailed analysis assessing for those underlying issues hindering your weight loss efforts and energy including insulin resistance, metabolic issues, under-active thyroid, inflammatory issues and vitamin deficiencies
- Losing weight is often more complex than simply managing energy in and energy out. This lab analysis is designed to help identify deficiencies that may be affecting your energy levels, metabolism, and overall weight loss efforts, potentially hindering your wellness goals.
STEP 3: Consultation appointment

- Review lab results
- Conduct health history
- Review goals and expectations
- Discuss treatment and plan-of-care options

- Prescriptions ordered from the pharmacy and sent right to your door
